The good work that the VFW is not only done by the Men and Women who have been in combat but their spouse’s as well. The VFW Post 8703 Auxiliary has its own charitable causes that they actively champion every year without fail.
Each year the VFW uses the January 1st gross proceeds of our Bingo night to fund the Auxiliaries programs.
This years New Years Day Auxiliary Fund raiser was a wonderful success. Bingo players were lined out the door in cold weather and Snow on the ground.
The sacrifice and effort put forth goes to an excellent group of causes throughout the year. Money being only a small portion to large effort of time put in by the members to focus and make best use of all funds.
